Bentuk Modal WILL Untuk Menyatakan Kemauan atau Willingness

Bentuk modal auxiliary verb (kata kerja modal) dari WILL digunakan untuk menyatakan kemauan (Expressing willingness) dalam kalimat affirmative (kalimat positive) dan WILL NOT atau WON'T menyatakan ketidakinginan (Expressing unwillingness) dalam bentuk kalimat negative


Contoh Kalimat Poisitive

  • Tom will always help you if you need something (Tom selalu mau membantumu kalau kamu membutuhkan sesuatu)
  • Josh will always be there to listen to your story (Josh akan selalu mendengarkan ceritamu)
  • We will help his mom (Kami akan membantu mamanya)

Contoh Kalimat Negative

  • David won't answer the phone (David tidak akan mau menjawab telponku)
  • She will not sing me a song (Dia tidak mau menyanyikanku sebuah lagu)

Contoh Kalimat Tanya (Interrogative)
  • Will she come to your bithday party? (Apakah dia mau datang di pesta ultahmu)
  • Will you go to Denpasar with your uncle? (Apakah kamu mau ke Denpasar bersama pamanmu?)
  • Will Jono drive you to Puncak? (Apakah Jono mau mengantarmu ke Puncak?)
  • Will Mercy send you the product on time? (Apakah Mercy mau mengirimkan barang tersebut tepat waktu?)

Dialog 1
A : Hey, will you listen to me?
B : Yes, what's wrong?
A : Can i borrow your book tomorrow? 
B : Of course, i will
A : Ok thanks
B : Your welcome

Dialog 2
Chellin : When will you go to New York?
Vanesa : I will go in August
Chellin : How long will you be there?
Vanesa : Just for 2 weeks
Chellin : What will you do there?
Vanesa : I will learn about political communication

😎 : Hi Bob! Where will you go next summer?

👦 : Hi Steve! I will go to Bali. How about you?

😎 : Bali? why? I will just stay at home.

👦 : Bali has beautiful beach there. It will be better to go there on summer.
